Agreement
These terms apply when you access tasteHQ, its API, CLI, MCP tools, catalog or release review. If you use tasteHQ for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18.
Authorised inputs
You may submit a URL only when you own or control the page, or have permission from the owner to test it. The public review supports publicly reachable preview pages. You must not use tasteHQ to bypass authentication, paywalls, access controls, rate limits or technical restrictions.
Do not submit secrets, regulated data, highly sensitive personal information or material you are not permitted to disclose. You are responsible for the legality of the inputs and instructions you provide.
What the service provides
tasteHQ extracts observable page attributes, compares supported attributes with a selected contract and returns findings, coverage and abstentions. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for human review, implementation decisions and testing the resulting website.
References to other organisations are descriptive independent analysis. No affiliation, approval or endorsement is claimed.
Your material
You retain rights in material you submit. You give tasteHQ a limited permission to retrieve, process, temporarily copy and display that material solely to operate, secure and improve the requested review. Customer captures are not published in the catalog or used to train a model without separate express permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not test systems without authority or use the service for surveillance, credential collection or security exploitation.
- Do not overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or evade usage limits.
- Do not use findings to claim certification or endorsement by tasteHQ or a referenced brand.
- Respect applicable law, third-party terms and intellectual property rights.
Accounts and subscriptions
If paid plans are introduced, the checkout will show the recurring price, billing interval, included usage and renewal terms before purchase. Cancellation will stop future renewals and remain available through the billing portal. Failed infrastructure runs will not consume a completed-review allowance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and changes
The service may change, suspend an unsafe request or remove disputed material. We may update these terms prospectively and will show a new effective date. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be notified through the account contact.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, tasteHQ is provided without promises that every defect will be detected or every suggestion will be suitable. Liability is not excluded where doing so would breach the Australian Consumer Law or another non-excludable obligation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Contact Studio W230 through w230.net for support, disputes or legal notices.
